Ryan Berry LAT, CSHE - President:
Ryan is the founder and managing partner of Prevention First. As a long time AT at the University of Wisconsin
Hospital and Clinics, Ryan served in a variety of capacities including clinical outreach, orthopedics, and
rehabilitation. He was responsible for clinical education coordination and clinical physician staff support during
his tenure at the UW. As a supporting member of many medical “teams”, Ryan specializes in integrating and
implementing health office support structures that provide innovative and efficient medical care strategies for your
organization and the valuable human resources you employ. Ryan has and continues to serve on various professional
association and state medical boards.
Jeffrey A. Wagner - Chief Operating Officer:
professional with 20 years of experience. Jeff has been responsible for both multi-site and single site safety
programs - as many as 70 locations and 35,000 employees at one time. Jeff has experience in many industries,
including; warehousing and distribution, food service, plastics, and light and heavy manufacturing. Jeff is an
expert in process development - incorporating lean manufacturing, organizational development and behavioral
based safety concepts into common-sense, operations friendly, and risk reduction strategies. Jeff has also
provided his expertise to companies for Workers' Compensation management, on-site health services, benefits
management and human resource policy development to support risk reduction efforts. After 9/11 Jeff
also served as the five-county Bioterrorism Project Director for central Wisconsin and was responsible for mass
immunization planning coordination. Jeff is the past President and Secretary of the Four City Safety Council
(which had member companies across 4 counties) and received recognition from then Governor Tommy Thompson.
Jeff is also a past panel speaker at the Wisconsin Safety Congress.
